    • In case we need to remove your paid ad due to a violation of our Terms of Use or policies, we will not provide a refund.

Refunds for Premium Features:

  1. Cancellation of Premium Features:

    • If you decide to cancel any premium feature (e.g., featured listings, promotions) before the feature has been applied to your ad, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  2. Ad Removal with Premium Features:

    • If your ad with premium features has to be removed due to a violation of our Terms of Use or policies, we will not provide a refund for the premium features.

Refunds Processing:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within five number of business days of receiving your refund request.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used when making the payment for the ad or premium features.
